This is a concept we wanted to create to present to our hotel clients at a conference. Our goal was to demonstrate our vision of the future of hotel hospitality and how we can improve efficiency, quality and security through data. We wanted to get stakeholder buy in so that we can work together with our clients to bring this idea to life.

I worked together with the Head of Product and Lead Product Manager to strategize what the long term goal was for the product and narrowed it down to smaller projects that will lead us there. I created an MVP concept that was presented to our partners and we're now in the process of sharing this idea with various stakeholders. The nature of the work is confidential so I am unable to share any details.

It was definitely difficult to figure out where to start, especially with having a big idea and a short amount of time to articulate it. I had to learn the business quickly, understand what the jobs to be done are, and think about what would make this product meaningful in a short timespan. This project allowed me to lead the product strategy, pitch ideas regularly, while working together with senior leadership.
