My Story

With a background in kinesiology and education, I didn’t take the typical path into product design and that’s exactly what fuels my perspective. My roots in understanding human behavior and learning systems now shape how I approach design: with empathy, intention, purpose and a bias toward clarity. I made the pivot into product design after completing a full-time bootcamp, channeling my passion for human physiology into a deeper understanding of human behavior. I first designed at Tulip, then BrokerBay and now Honeywell (Supra). My goal is to make users complete tasks efficiently and also genuinely enjoy the process.

Outside of work, I have a ton of hobbies and not enough time. If you ask me what my plans are, I’ll likely say "I'm playing volleyball". I've been playing for 18 years and my joints are literally crying for help, but hit the gym a few times a week, get some acupuncture and I'll be able to move on the court again, I'm pretty much always exercising and I love it! I’m also a self-taught digital artist rediscovering my childhood love for visual arts. These days, I’m sketching my favorite Pokémon (my fav: Pikachu, Psyduck & Quagsire, what's yours?), whipping up charming logos, and designing custom jerseys and tees for local volleyball teams. I'm caffiend with a home-espresso setup, If you ever drop by Café Anita (aka my kitchen), I’ll make you a cup! When I have time to chill, I'm on my PC on the Howling Abyss or running it down on Valorant/CS2!

If you work with me, I'm the teammate who cheers the loudest when we win and digs the deepest when the path gets tough. Expect intentional design and collaboration, and just someone who loves to chat!
