My Story
Hi, I’m Anita! 👋
I didn't take the standard path into design. My roots are in Kinesiology and Education, meaning I spent years obsessed with how humans move and learn. Today I channel that and a pivot through BrainStation into building intentional, high-impact experiences at places like Tulip, BrokerBay, and now Honeywell (Supra). My goal is to make sure users don’t just finish a task, but actually enjoy the ride.
When I’m not pushing pixels:
On the court: I’ve played volleyball for 19 years. My joints may be creaking, but thanks to the gym and a lot of acupuncture, I’m still swinging! 🏐
In the studio: I’m a self-taught digital artist. You’ll usually find me sketching Pokémon (Pikachu, Quagsire, Psyduck and Snorlax are my favs), branding local teams, or designing custom jerseys.
At the "Cafe": I’m a total home-barista. If you stop by "Café Anita" in my kitchen, the espresso is on me. ☕
On the PC: Catch me running it down in Valorant, CS2, or causing mayhem in the Howling Abyss.
I’m the teammate who cheers the loudest when we win and digs the deepest when things get tricky. If you're looking for intentional design, a bias for clarity, and someone who genuinely loves to chat, let's talk!
